Nexora Web Design
Who we are

The web design studio for businesses that play to win.

Nexora Web Design is the studio we always wanted to hire — senior designers, senior engineers, SEO and lead-gen specialists. No juniors. No hand-offs. Three things done at the highest level.

The story

Built by operators, for operators.

Nexora started in 2019 with a simple frustration: every web agency our founders had hired sold a beautiful pitch and delivered a generic template. None of them ranked. None of them converted. So we built the studio we actually wanted to hire.

We do three things — and only three things. We build the most professional websites in our clients' markets. We engineer them for the highest SEO rankings Google will reward. And we wire them with the lead-generation infrastructure that turns visitors into customers.

Six years later, we've shipped 412 websites for businesses in every region of the country — from Kansas City to Boston to Phoenix. They drive an average 187% conversion lift, hit top-3 Google rankings on revenue-driving keywords, and earned a 96% client satisfaction rate.

We're headquartered in Kansas City and work remotely with clients across America. Most engagements never require an in-person meeting — Zoom, Figma, and Slack handle the rest. We're still small on purpose; the day we're not, the work suffers.

Mission

To be the best web design studio for serious businesses.

We exist to build websites that look beautiful, rank on Google, and capture pipeline — three things every serious business should expect from their site.

Vision

A web where every business has a site they're proud of.

Most local businesses have websites that embarrass them. We're building the studio that makes premium web design accessible at any budget.

Philosophy

A great website is an investment, not an expense.

Done right, a website pays for itself in 90 days. We engineer for that outcome — every section, every form, every line of code.

What we stand for

Values that survive the bad quarters.

A short list, taken seriously.

Outcomes over outputs

Activity is not progress. We measure revenue, pipeline, and unit economics — and we'd rather ship fewer things that move the business than more things that don't.

Senior people, every layer

We hire for craft, not headcount. Every workstream has a senior owner. Junior hires learn by apprenticing — never by running your account.

Truth-tellers in the room

We tell our clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. We've turned down work when we thought the math didn't pencil.

Craft is the strategy

Premium positioning, premium creative, premium ops. Mediocre execution kills more growth programs than bad strategy ever did.

Culture

Remote-first. Deep work, protected.

We're distributed across 11 cities, but we operate like a small studio. Async-first. Meeting-light. Output-obsessed.

Three times a year we gather in person — Kansas City HQ, an offsite, and an annual client summit. The rest of the time, we're heads-down on craft.

We protect deep-work time the way other agencies protect billable hours. It's why the work is better.
